You can return any item for a refund within 15 calendar days of receiving your original order.

 Before you return your item please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached.

Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 10 working days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

• The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
• The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
• If the item you received is incorrect or faulty please email us your full name, order number and a quick description of what has happened and we will get it resolved for you as soon as possible.
